We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if they are delivered to an alternate address from what was stated on the order.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
The shipping cost displayed for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay based on the address/city you have selected on the checkout page.
We do offer replacements or refunds for orders that are reported missing or damaged because customer satisfaction remains our top priority
